Dr Mark Fortune's Philosophy
Dr Fortune's core philosophy emerged from his early days
of training as a completive triathlete. Learning balance between hours
of physical training, rest and rejuvenation. To reach his optimal
performance he developed his own coaching methods to sharpen the mind,
and followed a body maintenance program that involved massage, cranial
sacral Osteopathy, and nutrition with vitamins and superfoods. He
became inspired to share his methods with others and became a formally
trained Osteopath and General Practitioner.
Today, his is a traveling physician who offers executive concierge
medical service for age management, detox and provides support and
coaching to high level athletes. His goal is to help optimize his
patients health so they can improve their lifestyle and maintain optimal
health.
If you are working 15 hours per day, Dr. Fortune recommends you try
to reduce your work day to 12 hours and take the other 3 hours to
start exercising to get your blood flow circulation throughout your
brain and body and find out how much more productive you can become.
As you begin to get accustom to enjoying a consistent exercising routine
you may find that you can cut your work day down even more.
Dr. Fortune specializes in lifestyle transformation, fitness personal
training programs, nutritional change, detox support, weight loss programs,
age management, and general practice visits.
